Angela Lashley, a Nashville singer-songwriter and Mother to a United States Army soldier, has co-written and recorded the riveting song "So Brave" with Grammy nominated musician Byron House. "So Brave" is a tearful tribute to Angela's son Jonathan who is serving his second deployment in Iraq. Due to the intensity and the way the songs lyrics so accurately describe the thoughts and feelings of a military mother, this ballad "So Brave" has been labeled by the media as "The Military Mother's Anthem", and has been embraced by soldier's mothers nationwide.
