Institutional Investor Events and Compliance Reporter announce details of their 2nd Annual Chief Compliance Officer Forum. The forum, created by CCOs for CCOs, is scheduled for March 14th and 15th, 2007 at the Westin Times Square in New York City. This year's event is combined with Compliance Reporter's 5th Annual Achievement in Regulatory Compliance Awards Luncheon and will also include a half day briefing on Advanced Strategies and Tools for Risk Mitigation.

Institutional Investor Events and Compliance Reporter today announced details of their 2nd Annual Chief Compliance Officer Forum. The forum, created by CCOs for CCOs, is scheduled for March 14th and 15th, 2007 at the Westin Times Square in New York City.

This year's event is combined with Compliance Reporter's 5th Annual Achievement in Regulatory Compliance Awards Luncheon and will also include a half day briefing on Advanced Strategies and Tools for Risk Mitigation.

The general session will feature up-to-the-minute advice on "Responding to Deficiency Letters" from Thomas A. Biolsi, the SEC's Associate Regional Director of Examinations, and Brian Kawakami, Chief Compliance Officer, Lazard Asset Management. Additional presentations include discussion of the culture of compliance, personal liability, forensic testing and oversight of third-party providers. The speaking faculty will include CCOs from registered investment advisors, mutual funds and funds of funds.
