In January 2005, Mr. Arizaga accepted the Controller position at Providence. As a CPA with a BBA degree in business and a Master's degree in finance from North Texas State University, Mr. Arizaga has implemented new general ledger systems for Providence, structured premium tax processes, and organized key personnel to facilitate the daily accounting needs of a growing insurance company. Throughout Mr. Arizaga's over 20 year insurance accounting career, he has had a variety of senior level responsibilities including Treasurer for TIG and Chief Financial Officer for the Personal Lines Division of Hallmark Financial Services.
"We are honored to have such dedicated professionals serving as officers. Both Mr. Gober and Mr. Arizaga exhibit high standards, loyalty and work ethics that can be admired in our company and this industry," stated Derek Lancaster, President & CEO.
