New, larger facility enables introduction of new services for its clients.

The APH Group, Inc., a sales outsourcing company, is celebrating its 10th year in business by expanding its facility enabling it to offer expanded outsourcing services to its clients.

The larger facility is a result of the demand for the company's ability to put together complete turnkey sales strategies for their clients. "Our mission is to deliver end-to-end sales solutions from strategy development through implementation" said Tony Higgins, Founder and President of The APH Group. This is helpful for both international and U.S. companies whose core competency is in product development and production, not in sales and marketing.

The APH Group, recently named Savannah's 2006 Small Business of the Year, began in 1997 in New Jersey and moved to Georgia in 2003. "When we started out, our sales outsourcing services were limited to the recruitment, training and management of salesforces for our clients. We have evolved and now can provide a turnkey sales operation including the development and total implementation of sales and marketing strategies. This includes complete sales, marketing and logistics programs. We take the product from our client's manufacturing facilities, warehouse it, sell it and ship it to the end user.

"Our expanded facility doubles our size and and permits us to add a telemarketing department and local product fulfillment function", said Tony Higgins. "We now have telemarketing personnel that make calls on behalf of our clients to develop and qualify sales leads for the sales representatives we recruit and manage. Once the product is sold we ship and invoice right from our facility in Savannah. Our clients get a total turnkey solution."
