The launch kicks-off with the redesign of Bahrain's Washington DC Embassy's Web site, bahrainembassy.org. The site is the first deliverable in an on-going campaign that will position Bahrain as a cosmopolitan and modern nation to American businesses and tourists interested in the Middle East. "Open Society" campaign focuses attention on Bahrain's welcoming people and culture and will eventually include branded events, advertising, multimedia and other collaterals to instill the campaign's themes in the American audience.

Unison founded the new Embassy site upon its Web-based, proprietary content management system (CMS), "Fuseon." The intuitive and easy-to-use CMS allows Embassy personnel to quickly and easily update information on the site from any Internet-enabled computer. Content highlights include a Flash-based photo gallery of historic and current photos, an interactive timeline that provides visitors a quick overview of Bahraini history, upgraded diplomatic and consular information, and student registration for Bahraini nationals studying in the United States. The new site also includes a greatly improved Embassy email newsletter that will keep subscribers abreast of all the latest important news from the Kingdom.
Last but not least, Unison implemented a centralized contact management system and email marketing tool to ease intra-Embassy collaboration among staff that allows diplomatic employees to sort and organize the Embassy's many contacts into relevant groups to better target electronic communications.
