Vacation Homes for Orlando Tourists a Growing Trend, According to OrlandoEscape.com

Vacation homes and condos are fast becoming an important, if not essential, part of an Orlando vacation. The regional increase in rental properties indicates that when travelers are given the choice between a hotel room and a multi-bedroom house or condo unit, most people prefer the comforts of home.

Kissimmee, FL (PRWEB) February 7, 2007 -- Newly constructed rental homes and townhouses in the resort communities of Encantada and Bellavida reflect a growing trend in Central Florida, where tourists are choosing multi-bedroom homes and condo units over hotel rooms.

According to the travel website Orlandoescape.com, there are now more than 20,000 rental properties in Polk, Osceola, Orange, and Lake counties, most of which are located just minutes away from Orlando area theme parks.

"Our customers are looking for affordable lodging that can also accommodate large groups of people," said Sunil Govind, President of Orlandoescape.com. "By directing vacationers to these resort communities, we are helping them make the most out of their Orlando vacation."

Govind added that the benefits of owning or renting a vacation home, condo, or townhouse unit in the Orlando area are numerous: easy access to local attractions, increased living space and privacy and avoiding the high expense of restaurant and hotel bills.

As it is with any real estate investment, location is a key selling point for Encantada and Bellavida. Both resort communities are located in Kissimmee, Florida just minutes away from Walt Disney World. At Bellavida, the floor plans range between 5 bedroom/5 homes to 3 bedroom/2 bathroom townhomes. Park Square Homes' Encantada Resort advertises stylish townhomes that compliment the tropical motifs in the community's clubhouse, which is slated for completion by the middle of 2007.

According to Govind, the owners of these properties realize that they are making an investment in a growing sector of the real estate market, while renters enjoy the comforts of home while they are on the road. "When people visit the Orlandoescape.com website, one of the first things they look for is accommodations," said Govind. "By putting a link to 'Orlando Vacation Homes' on our home page, visitors can get an idea of just how many rental properties there are in the Orlando area."
