Ryland Homes Joins Builder Team at Waxhaw's Millbridge Community
Developer GS Companies of Charlotte has contracted national homebuilder Ryland Homes to construct single-family homes at the master planned Millbridge community in Waxhaw, N.C.
Millbridge will feature a 9000 sq. ft. clubhouse with a fitness center and a movie theater room, Jr. Olympic pool, playgrounds, walking trails, greenway trails and a 60-acre town park with an elementary school and wide range of shopping close by.
Charlotte, N.C. (PRWEB) February 2, 2007 -- Developer GS Companies of Charlotte has contracted national homebuilder Ryland Homes to construct single-family homes at the master planned Millbridge community in Waxhaw, N.C.

Ryland Homes will construct 140 single-family homes priced from the $360s to $450s and ranging from 2,900 - 3,700 sq. ft. Millbridge will offer five of Ryland's home designs including its Westbourne and Rossendale models, which feature 10' ceilings on the first floor, side entry garages and Hardiplank exteriors with brick and stone accents.
