Bubbles Rise as Sparkling Wine Explodes onto America's Heartland

Crown Valley Winery is set to introduce the first champagne house in the Midwest, with the Grand Opening scheduled for Saturday, February 17, 2007.

Ste. Genevieve, MO - Crown Valley Winery is set to introduce the first champagne house in the Midwest, with the Grand Opening scheduled for Saturday, February 17, 2007. Farmington, Missouri will be home to this state-of-the-art facility which will produce our sparkling wine using two fermentation processes: the traditional Champagne method and the Charmat method. To balance this technology with grace and style, Crown Valley Champagne House will showcase native stone, rustic Alder wood cabinets with stainless steel counter tops and antique wine equipment.

"After touring several of the world's sparkling wineries, we incorporated their finest characteristics into our facility," said Bryan Siddle, Operations Manager. The Tasting Bar at Crown Valley Champagne House will offer three different styles of sparkling wine and three different tastings: Basic Bubbly, Limited, and Grand Reserve.
Other amenities include tours, a gift shop and deli. For additional information on our Grand Opening, please contact Bryan Siddle at 866-207-WINE (9463), or visit www.CrownValleyWinery.com/champagne - CHEERS!
