The board of GSBC announced today that it has made an offer to IDST (http://www.idstplc.com) shareholders to acquire the company in a $12.250m buyout. GSBC said it has received undertakings to accept the offer by 88% of IDST stockholders. European based IDST, through its wholly owned UK subsidiary 'Shirt Hot Limited' (http://www.shirthot.com) holds a nationwide British Pools Betting License and has developed proprietary SMS interactive gaming software based on The British Premiership football league. IDST will soon announce plans to launch additional gaming software focused on Auto Racing and Rugby Football. Alan Brooks, an IDST executive, said "This acquisition provides IDST with the ideal platform to expand our gaming network and access further development funding to realize our enormous potential worldwide. We are currently in discussions with several major pub chains for our UK roll out."
