WestPalmBeach.com Selected to Promote Downtown West Palm Beach

West Palm Beach Downtown Development Authority selects WestPalmBeach.com to promote Clematis District and CityPlace businesses.

West Palm Beach, FL (PRWEB) February 12, 2007 -- The West Palm Beach Downtown Development Authority (DDA) has selected WestPalmBeach.com to promote Downtown West Palm Beach including all Clematis Street Historic District and CityPlace businesses.

"WestPalmBeach.com was an obvious choice to nationally promote the renaissance of West Palm Beach," said Roy Assad, Chairman of the Board for the DDA and owner of Clematis Street Historic District's popular Leila Restaurant. "They have the name and I personally experienced the marketing power of WestPalmBeach.com when I began advertising Leila Restaurant on the site."

"The average hotel on WestPalmBeach.com receives over $100,000 a year in revenue because WestPalmBeach.com is the one and only Search Engine Independent name for West Palm Beach," said David J Castello, COO of the Castello Cities Internet Network (CCIN). "Even though it ranks high on search engines like Google, most of WestPalmBeach.com's traffic is intuitive and doesn't come from the search engines. This gives WestPalmBeach.com an unbeatable marketing advantage when promoting West Palm Beach area hotels, restaurants, shops and attractions."

Since CCIN acquired it in 1995, WestPalmBeach.com has aggressively promoted West Palm Beach and Palm Beach County businesses worldwide. Today, WestPalmBeach.com looks to the future with an eye on adding local traffic to the mix.

"Historically, the majority of WestPalmBeach.com's viewers have been those planning to visit or relocate to West Palm Beach and Palm Beach County," said Michael A. Castello, CEO of CCIN. "Now, we are also targeting local traffic with features such as our WestPalmBeach.com Classifieds. The WestPalmBeach.com Classifieds are completely free and there is no limit to how many ads you can post."

Besides WestPalmBeach.com, the Castello Cities Internet Network includes destinations such as Nashville.com, PalmSprings.com, LagunaBeach.com, Acapulco.com, Moorea.com, LongBeach.com,and Traveler.com as well as non-destination sites including Rate.com, Cost.com, Sample.com, Bullion.com, Whisky.com, Banana.com, Kennel.com, Driven.com and Daycare.com.
