More than 15,000 Small Businesses Sign-up for BlueTie Free in First Ninety Days of Availability

Web-based collaboration service provides users big-business capabilities for free.

Rochester, NY (PRWEB) February 15, 2007 -- BlueTie, Inc., a leading provider of small business email and calendaring services, announced today that more than 15,000 small businesses have started using BlueTie Free since the product launched in October 2006.
   
BlueTie is building a large user base for its free web-based collaboration solution and will rollout the first round of Featuretisements™ to BlueTie Free customers in March. Through Featuretisements, BlueTie is able to provide unobtrusive, on-demand access to business services that simplify everyday tasks. BlueTie is driving revenue from this free offering by teaming up with well-known companies to offer services that are relevant to its base users, such as air and hotel reservations from Orbitz and email marketing from Constant Contact.

BlueTie Free features business-class email for up to 20 users per account and administrative tools that make it easy for any small business to manage. Each user receives five gigabytes (GB) of email and file storage -- the highest capacity of any online business application -- and shared calendars, files and contacts, as well as rich-text formatting, spellcheck and drag-and-drop folders.
