Mr. Rak began his oil and gas career as a Field Engineer for Westinghouse Electric Corporation in 1971. He interacted with numerous companies during the construction of the Alyeska Pipeline, one of the largest pipeline systems in the world. While working for Westinghouse, Dale earned his MBA from Pepperdine University and became Regional VP of the company, responsible for eleven western states. His business background also includes the successful ownership of a property management company. International Property Management managed, maintained and sold commercial, residential and industrial properties for financial institutions such as Bank of America, Butterfield Savings & Loan, and Lincoln Savings in the 1980's.

"We are thrilled to add Dale to our team," said Bret L. Boteler, president of EnerMax. "I am confident that together we can produce exceptional results for our Partners. Our pipeline is literally full of opportunities and we have the right mix of experience and technology to continue to build on our past successes."

EnerMax has experienced remarkable growth since its inception in 2001. As part of a growing trend, independent oil and gas companies such as EnerMax are increasing their market share in domestic production. Strong commodity prices show no sign of slackening, and EnerMax is prepared to capitalize on future demand. EnerMax is currently focusing its efforts on securing resources for oil drilling and production along the Texas / Louisiana Gulf Coast.

Dale is pleased to become part of this strategic effort. "In all my years in the oil patch, I've rarely encountered a company like EnerMax. It is a company defined by integrity, its greatest asset. EnerMax is positioned for exponential growth, which we are just now beginning to see and which will continue to unfold over the next ten years."

Dale will be collaborating immediately on several large projects including a high-impact, deep test and a multi-well developmental program in Dimmit County, Texas.
