Everest Poker Announces Winners of Paris Open Of Poker Satellites
The online poker room's final satellite tournament for seats at the Paris Open of Poker was held on February 8, 2007.
Montreal, QC (PRWEB) February 18, 2007 -- Everest Poker www.everestpoker.com today announced the winners of the final rounds in the Paris Open of Poker Satellites held by the online poker room. These players either participated in low-cost satellite tournaments or directly bought in to one of the direct entry events held by Everest Poker and will have a seat at the upcoming Paris Open Of Poker. The Paris Open of Poker will be held on 17 February, 2007 at the Aviation Club de France in Paris and features a €2,000 prize.
"It's never been made official, but we think of the Aviation Club de France as the true home of poker in France," said Jonathan May, Everest Poker property manager. "We're always eager to send our players there for a tournament, and it's quite a list this time!"

The final direct entry event for the Paris Open of Poker was a no limit hold'em tournament. Each player started with 1500 chips and blinds went up every 15 minutes. Everest Poker will awarded one $3,500 prize package for every 35 participants and any remaining cash in the prize pool was awarded as cash prizes. After the conclusion of this tournament, Everest Poker used a portion of the prize package to pre-register the winners for the live event at the Aviation Club de France in Paris.
