The Blue Cross Lumenos plans provide first-dollar coverage for a variety of preventive healthcare services. Plan members can choose between a Health Savings Account plan or a Health Incentive Plan that gives members money for participating in wellness programs.

•     Lumenos HIA -- The Lumenos Health Incentive Account plan allows members to earn money by participating in health and wellness programs. Members can spend this money on health-related expenses as they choose.
•     Lumenos HIA Plus -- The Lumenos Health Incentive Account Plus plan contributes $500 ($1,000 for family plans) annually to pay for healthcare expenses (allocations are made quarterly).
