Telstra Moves Website Monitoring Account to Global Reviews
Following a review of its current requirements, Telstra has selected Melbourne-based customer experience specialists Global Reviews to track all of its website performance. The contract covers consumer surveys across a suite of Telstra websites, including Telstra.com, Bigpond, and Telstra Business.

Global Reviews already provides extensive Customer Experience Benchmarking to Telstra across channels including the website, email, and telephone call centres.
