Eastpoint to Grow Further by Agreeing to Buy SEO Company Media Analys while Projecting Turnover Goal for Getupdated, One of Eastpoint's Daughter Companies

Eastpoint Getupdated (publ) said that it had agreed to buy 51% of shares from Media Analys Trisodum AB a Swedish Search Engine Optimization company. The acquisition should take effect latest 1/3 2007. Getupdated's turnover goal is said to be 65 Million Swedish Crowns with a running rate goal of 150 Million Swedish Crowns.

(PRWEB) February 28, 2007 -- Eastpoint AB (publ) said that it had agreed to buy 51% of shares from Media Analys Trisodum AB a Swedish Search Engine Optimization company. The acquisition should take effect latest 1/3 2007. Getupdated's turnover goal is said to be 65 Million Swedish Crowns with a running rate goal of 150 Million Swedish Crowns.

Media Analys has around 400 yearly repetitive subscription clients and is growing at a rate of about 100 new clients per month. The company is a relatively new starter yet their 3 founders have over 10 years of Internet marketing experience. Media Analys client base is mostly small and medium-large companies with supply in Search Engine Marketing.
