PATLive announced the release of its Click-to-Call Operator Service today. The live service will complement the Click-to-Call Internet advertising methods of Google™ and Ingenio®, which enable potential clients to enter their phone numbers in designated Click-to-Call or Pay-Per-Call boxes.
PATLive enables Click-to-Call services to immediately connect to a PATLive Operator and call back interested customers. The Live Operator, PATLive's signature service, speaks to clients on behalf of businesses and works around the clock or according to a specified schedule.
Operators are provided with customized scripts that are created by business owners. They serve as virtual receptionists for businesses who leave staff free for other tasks, or they answer after-hours calls when staff is unavailable. They place orders, make reservations, and book appointments.
