The live service will complement the Click-to-Call Internet advertising methods of Google™ and Ingenio®, which enable potential clients to enter their phone numbers in designated Click-to-Call or Pay-Per-Call boxes.
PATLive enables Click-to-Call services to immediately connect to a PATLive Operator and call back interested customers. The Live Operator, PATLive's signature service, speaks to clients on behalf of businesses and works around the clock or according to a specified schedule.
Operators are provided with customized scripts that are created by business owners.
