The Workforce Training Grant awarded to Hybricon Corporation is for $44,300. Hybricon is committed to an aggressive training program to develop and enhance its employees' skills, and will match the training grant with over $150,000 of its own.

The Workforce Training Fund provides businesses and labor organizations with matching grants of up to $250,000 to finance incumbent worker training. The Fund also offers grants of up to $1 million for companies that meet specific criteria set by the state.
