Introducing San Jose's newest concierge and personal assistant service for corporate staff and individuals. Headquartered in San Jose, CA, Pamela Roberson, Owner, sees the need to assist busy executives and families to help with their daily hectic lives. "We will offer a larger scope of services not found in most concierge services, like interior decorating and transportation to and from doctor's appointments for seniors."
The word "concierge" has been in the hotel industry for decades, and has only recently emerged into the corporate and residential world. Concierge businesses and departments are popping up all over the world. There is a huge demand for these kinds of services because more and more people have less and less time to do the things they need to do without interfering with their personal time, let alone work hours. In fact, companies and individuals are not only starting to use concierges, but many are making them a part of their corporate benefit packages. Concierge are now everywhere … from shopping malls to universities, churches, associations, small and large companies, country clubs, condominiums, office buildings, doctor's offices, senior centers and yacht clubs to name just a few.
With a concierge service, individuals become more productive at work when they do not have to come in late or leave early to pick-up dry cleaning and prescriptions, wait for home repairmen and accomplish a host of other necessary and time-consuming evils. Concierge's run office errands, deliver lunch, relocate employees, make travel plans, and plan meetings all at the same time. It is a one-stop shop for virtually anything a person can use.
Pamela has a wealth of expertise which she offers to this business. She has spent over 25 years in the corporate field as an executive assistant, event planner, making international and national travel arranging and more. Additionally, she also is an experienced Certified Interior Decorator and home staging professional (Accredited Staging Professional). Back in 1985, she was assigned to work at the Superbowl at Stanford as an EMT on the field. She has taught CPR and First Aid along her last 25 years to over 5,000. Juggling kids and work was also a part of Pamela's daily schedule, as she raised 3 children who are now adults.
