According to Allurent's recent national Online Customer Experience Survey, 41% of consumers in 2006 said a frustrating online experience would make them less likely to shop at that retailer's physical store. In addition, 59 % said this experience negatively impacts their overall opinion of the retailer and/or brand.

  • Utilizing the site to build a database of qualified leads
  • Educating consumers to make their in-store piano buying experience more enjoyable
  • Creating new sections featuring pre-owned pianos, direct sales manager contact methods, press releases and announcements, current events and special offers.
