Huntley, IL (PRWEB) March 2, 2007
Huntley Realty and The Tom Hall Group, the leading real estate office in Huntley with 140 listings and sales in 2006, has just passed its one-year anniversary as a member of the Chicago office of the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
Companies such as Huntley Realty that belong to the BBB and maintain their membership “believe in an ethical marketplace,” said Tom Joyce, director of public affairs for the Chicago BBB office. “They believe that ethical business is good business … and they work on these shared values of ethics and fair marketing on a daily basis with their customers, suppliers and vendors.”
Huntley Realty also passed one year as a member of the BBB’s special “on-line seal” program. This informs consumers who do on-line business with Huntley Realty or visit its web page (http://www.huntleyrealty.com) that Huntley Realty ascribes to ethical and fair business practices, and is authorized to exhibit the special BBB on-line seal on its web page.
By clicking on the special BBB seal, visitors discover that Huntley Realty and The Tom Hall Group has been in business since October 2004, and has been a BBB member in good standing since Jan. 9, 2006. Visitors also learn that the BBB approved Huntley Realty for “BBB On-Line Reliability” on Jan. 13, 2006.
“Along with serving more customers than any other real estate company in Huntley, we are also very pleased to surpass one year as a BBB member. The BBB only allows membership to companies that are proven to treat customers fairly and ethically. BBB membership includes the finest and most ethical companies in the nation, and we are proud to be part of such a prestigious group,” said Tom Hall, CRB, broker-owner for Huntley Realty.
The Huntley community is growing and evolving, Hall said, and Huntley Realty plays a key role in this growth by providing the highest level of service for all residential, commercial and industrial real estate needs in the region.
“Our success continues to be measured by the growth in our listings, our record sales in 2006, and the scores of satisfied customers we have in Huntley and surrounding communities in Kane, McHenry and Cook counties,” Hall said.
Huntley Realty is also a leader in using the latest technological advances – such as on-line virtual tours of listed homes and properties, direct-to-email telephone communications, and interactive web sites – to make the home buying and selling
experiences pleasant and successful.
Huntley Realty also announced the names of the 2006 Realtor of the Year, and Realtor of the Month for January 2007. The company bases the honors on sales and listing volumes, and also positive feedback from customers, Hall said.
Joe Render earned 2006 Realtor of the Year Honors. Joe lives in Huntley, and said he works at “staying focused on customer needs and wants in everything I do.”
Brenda Bendis earned Realtor of the Month Award for December 2006 and for January 2007. “It was a wonderful way to end the year and to begin a new one. I’m pleased to be a part of such a customer-centered company,” said Bendis.
The company will honor Render and Bendis on Feb. 13 at a dinner at Niko’s Grill in Huntley.
Additionally, Hall announced that Matt Crow has joined the company as a Realtor and broker associate. Crow is a resident of Huntley, and has a background in banking and philanthropy.
“The key to our success and growth has been our company’s focus of putting customers first. We applaud the hard work of Joe and Brenda in winning their awards, and we are pleased to have Matt joining our team.
“We look forward to another year of serving all real estate needs in Huntley and in the surrounding communities in Kane, McHenry and Cook counties,” Hall said.
