William Graulich III, veteran hotelier and partner of Hotel Acquisition Corporation Bahamas, a Bahamian corporation, and his partner, Architect Lawrence Chisholm, met Friday with Sir Baltron Bethell of the Bahamas Hotel Corporation to introduce the re-development team for the currently closed Royal Oasis Resort in Freeport, Bahamas.
"We are pleased to announce our plans for a major renovation and re-branding of the Royal Oasis. We have the financial backing in place and are now ready to close with Lehman Brothers," states Graulich. "We are currently working with a world class casino operator to manage the casino portion of the resort."

The Royal Oasis Resort & Casino is located on a 425 acre estate in Freeport, Grand Bahamas. The property consists of 392 guest rooms, 417 condo/suites, 9 restaurants and lounges, a 30,000 square foot casino, two swimming pools, water park, twelve tennis courts, two championship 18-hole golf courses, 40,000 square feet convention and meeting space, eight villas among other extensive amenities.
