HAC Bahamas plans to redevelop the Royal Oasis Resort in Freeport, Bahamas

William Graulich III, veteran hotelier and partner of Hotel Acquisition Corporation Bahamas, a Bahamian corporation, and his partner, Architect Lawrence Chisholm, met Friday with Sir Baltron Bethell of the Bahamas Hotel Corporation to introduce the re-development team for the currently closed Royal Oasis Resort in Freeport, Bahamas.

"We are pleased to announce our plans for a major renovation and re-branding of the Royal Oasis. We have the financial backing in place and are now ready to close with Lehman Brothers," states Graulich. "We are currently working with a world class casino operator to manage the casino portion of the resort."

"I am very excited to be a part of restoring this great hotel and resort property. The planned enhancements will make the Royal Oasis the ultimate luxury hotel destination, attracting the attention of both business and leisure guests, which will be an enormous benefit to the local Freeport economy," said Mr. Chisholm.

The Royal Oasis Resort & Casino is located on a 425 acre estate in Freeport, Grand Bahamas. The property consists of 392 guest rooms, 417 condo/suites, 9 restaurants and lounges, a 30,000 square foot casino, two swimming pools, water park, twelve tennis courts, two championship 18-hole golf courses, 40,000 square feet convention and meeting space, eight villas among other extensive amenities.
