Curbside Fitness to Open Carpenter Middle School's Family fun Jam Event on March 24, 2007

Curbside will be a platinum sponsor in the Carpenter Middle School Event from 9 am to 1 pm.

Dallas, TX (PRWEB) March 5, 2007 -- Curbside Fitness, the leading way to achieve total body fitness at home, will be headlining Plano ISD's Carpenter Middle School's Family Fun Jam which will take place on March 24,2007 from 9am to 1 pm. Founded in 2006, Curbside Fitness is a mobile company that offers in home training for clients who are too busy to make it to the gym on a regular basis.

Curbside Fitness will be providing the opening warm-up for the 5K event. This is the first time a school in Plano has done an event such as this, with an approximate 1000 people scheduled to attend.

James Johnson, founder and CEO of Curbside Fitness, is proud to be part of this event and says "it will be a great way for Curbside to get involved with the community and make fitness fun for the whole family."        

Events at the Family Fun Jam also include various live and silent auctions, that include spa packages and even the chance to ride on a F-14 fighter jet. The 5K walk/run, bounce house, and obstacle course will be headlining the fitness awareness for the event. Also, the Dad's club is holding a Chili Cook off where teachers from the school will be judges, determining the winner. Finally, music performances from Carpenter middle school's band and orchestra, and local teen bands from Rock Steady, and a DJ will provide the musical entertainment for the day.
