Gilmer, TX (PRWEB) March 7, 2007
Hasting's Entertainment, a nationwide multimedia entertainment retailer, has agreed to host a book signing for Edward Hancock II and Samantha Branham on March 24, 2007, at its Paris, TX store, located at 3518 Lamar Ave., Mirabeau Square. The event is scheduled from 4 to 6 in the evening and the public is encouraged to attend. Hastings Entertainment has agreed to host a second event on March 31, 2007 at its Mt. Pleasant location at 2306 S. Jefferson Ave., Suite CC. The event will run from 3 to 5 in the evening. A third book signing has been scheduled for Saturday, May 5, 2007 at the Longview store, located at 405 W Loop 281, Oak Forest Plaza, Suite 2. This event will also run from 3 to 5 in the evening.
Drawing heavily from his own life experiences with a severe physical disability, Edward has fashioned a villain that is as contradictory as the man who created him. A frail, skinny, seemingly unimposing young boy with Spina Bifida couldn't be responsible for multiple murders, including that of several relatives and friends, could he? Well, as Edward so eloquently allows the characters to discover, "disabled people commit crimes too." And, as we learn, nothing is impossible for those inhabiting the worlds inside Edward Hancock II's imagination.
Likewise, Samantha Branham has conjured a tale of Romantic Suspense that has the reading public begging for more. In The Tempest's Child, readers are transported in to the magical world of Loryn Hallows as they follow her on a journey of discovery into her own past, where the secrets she uncovers burn as brightly as the firebrand prophecy that spawned them. Can she overcome the demonic weight of her ancestor's deadly forecast? Will the mysterious powers she possesses be enough to put an end to a family curse dating back to a nation's infancy?
Seize the opportunity to meet these two giant literary talents in person as they embark on an extended book tour. Future dates will be announced as they become available.
Fans who plan on attending the event should call Hastings ahead of time and reserve their copy, as limited quantities of each book will be available at both signings. "We definitely want all our fans to have a chance to get their hands on a book," Hancock said.
