Deb Otto, Senior Vice President of healthcare staffing agency Healthskil, is pleased to have her agency up and running on TSS 6.7, Clearview Staffing Software's latest version of their flagship healthcare staffing software solution. Otto's agency was one of nine agencies that worked successfully with the beta software before going live in December.
Otto has been in the healthcare staffing business for 23 years and has worked with Clearview Staffing Software for the last three years. She selected Clearview TSS after unsuccessful experiences with other software solutions.
Otto said her general experience with TSS over the years has been "extremely positive." Her agency saw continued improvements in productivity week after week after implementing TSS. Because of this, she was excited to beta test the newest version of TSS -- version 6.7.
"Testing TSS 6.7 was my first experience with beta testing and I thought it was a very smooth process," she said. "We had weekly meetings to discuss new items for testing, tested those items and provided feedback each week." Otto worked closely with Clearview Product Coordinator, April Davison, on beta testing. Davison and her team provided technical support and assistance throughout the beta test.
Otto said she was even more impressed with the way Clearview handled the roll-out of the new version of the software.
"The upgrade of the software was seamless. We experienced no interruption in business, no down-time and no major problems," Otto said. Healthskil has been running live on TSS 6.7 since December 2006.
Otto mentioned that implementation and training on TSS is an efficient and quick process. Clearview has improved on its already strong software training by offering live and pre-recorded webinars on new TSS 6.7 features.
"In order to educate our clients, Clearview Trainers created a series of recorded webinars focusing on several key updates and enhancements located throughout TSS," said Brian Stewart, Clearview's Vice President of Operations. "Each webinar addresses a specific topic in the software." He added that the webinars are intended to bring awareness to all aspects of the software so that new features and functionality are not overlooked. Webinars are available online through the agency's TSS Support page and can be used as a supplement to the TSS 6.7 Release Notes and Online Help.
So far, Clearview has upgraded 70% of their TSS customer-base to TSS 6.7. The remaining customers will be upgraded by the end of February.
Product Coordinator, April Davison, is pleased with the response to the TSS 6.7 upgrade. "Upgrading our customers to the latest version of TSS has been a positive experience for everyone involved," said Davison. She added that the phased approach to the roll-out, the beta testing and improved product knowledge have all added to this positive experience.
