Added Value Emphasizes its Commitment to People -- Expands into Russia and Restructures European Operations

Added Value, the global marketing insight group, continues to strengthen its footprint in the global marketing market with the appointment of Janine Hawkins as its first Global CEO for People and Organization, the entry into the Russian market and the re-structuring of its European operations.

Added Value, the global marketing insight group, continues to strengthen its footprint in the global marketing market with the appointment of Janine Hawkins as its first Global CEO for People and Organization, the entry into the Russian market and the re-structuring of its European operations.

Janine has been with Added Value since 1995 and was previously CEO of Added Value UK. In her new role, she will be working across each of the 20 plus global offices in the Added Value Group.

Additionally, the company has entered into the Russian market with a joint venture agreement with Young&Rubicam Moscow. Added Value Russia will focus on offering brand development and innovation services to global and regional clients.

Continued Porter, "Russia is an important and fast-growing market. It has seen a growing interest for branding activities recently - some of the recent branding campaigns became really hot news here. Demand for non-trivial approaches and unique expertise is very high."

Added Value recently restructure its European operations signalling the UK as the centralized European business. Part of the restructure included the appointment of Liz Musch as the European CEO. Prior to the appointment, Liz served as the CEO of Mainland Europe.

"We believe that closer working between our Mainland European offices has already started to yield positive results from both a client development and a business effectiveness perspective, and we believe the inclusion of the UK will accelerate that process and amplify the benefits," Porter commented.
