Timed for release during National Procrastination Week, Kerul Kassel's book Stop Procrastinating Now: Five Radical Procrastination Strategies To Set You Free offers solutions to end the dreaded habit today... once and for all.

"It's not about time management or trying harder," says Ms. Kassel, renowned productivity expert and coach to the likes of NASA and Sony. "It's about understanding your style and working with it instead of trying to change it."

Full of real-world techniques and unexpectedly effective tips, Stop Procrastinating Now focuses on strengths, not weaknesses, and lets you see ways in which you're already effective - then shows you how to expand on those successes. One reader says "I really enjoyed the book! No matter what kind of procrastinator you are, and we all are one kind or another; this will get you headed in the right direction. I got a few things done the day I read it that I had been putting off for weeks. Thanks Kerul."

While National Procrastination Week is a great time to start tackling that to-do list, Ms. Kassel encourages a measured approach that changes your overall approach to getting things done.

Get clear about what on what you really want to accomplish, not what you "think" you should or what someone else thinks you should.

Spend a few minutes reviewing all your tasks, projects, and obligations and evaluate them against each other for importance and urgency.

Lose the labels. Telling yourself you're a lazy, stupid slacker isn't helping you get things done, is it? Instead focus on what you can accomplish right now, and dump the blame and self-bashing.

Kerul Kassel is available for interviews on the subject of eliminating procrastination. Ms. Kassel consults with individuals and organizations such as NASA, Sony, Volvo, and Hilton, and was recently quoted in TIME Magazine as a procrastination "nichepert". You can find more anti-crastination techniques in her new book Stop Procrastinating Now, available through Amazon.com.
