Phoenix, AZ (PRWEB) March 12, 2007
In response to customer demand in Texas, Florida and Nevada, First IRA Mortgage, Inc., a specialty, wholesale mortgage lender, will host a series of free Town Hall Meetings in March and April, to teach mortgage brokers and financial industry professionals about the hottest trend in retirement investing: financing real estate in Roth and traditional IRAs.
The Town Hall Meetings will offer financial professionals an in-depth look at IRA real estate investing and will feature presentations from leading experts in this growing marketplace. Top IRA custodian Millennium Trust Company will co-host the events along with IRA administrator Security Trust Company.
"More and more, people want alternatives to stocks and mutual funds to save money for their retirement years," says Jay Michalowski, President and Chief Lending Officer of First IRA Mortgage. "Adding real estate assets to stocks and mutual funds can be a prudent, reliable and lucrative way to diversify a retirement plan." After attending a Town Hall Meeting in Boston, Ronald D. Birnbaum, host of The Financial Consultants, on WBIX AM 1060, said, "All financial professionals should take the time to understand how real estate can be bought and sold with IRA funds."
First IRA is adding these Town Hall Meetings in response to demand from customers and financial professionals. "It's rare that we find real opportunities like the ones discussed at First IRA's Town Hall Meetings," says Paul D. Morrissette, VP Marketing at Real Estate Investors International. "I always come away with valuable information and new contacts who are real industry movers and shakers. When is the next one?!"
Speakers at the Town Hall Meetings will include Donald Bronstein, First IRA Mortgage Vice President and a 20 year IRA real estate investment professional, Jay Michalowski, President and CLO of First IRA Mortgage, and guest presenters from the co-sponsoring firms.
The Meetings are open to financial and mortgage industry professionals and press only, not to the general public. Registration is free but required.
