Being able to share these products with the local golfers is such a valuable tool to help them understand the connection between their body and their swing flaws

Nike Women's education program will feature its first annual "Get Fit for Golf" seminar presented by golf fitness experts from Orange County Body Balance for PerformanceTM.
The seminar opens at 6pm March 21 in Fashion Island. Speakers from Body Balance for Performance will showcase the latest golf technology from Body Balance: the Dynamic Balance System (DBS) and the Body Motion System (BMS).
"The (DBS) shows you exactly how and where your weight is throughout your golf swing," said Stephanie Overbaugh, director of the Orange County Body Balance Center. "The system allows you the chance to see, in graphic detail, how you maintain your balance throughout your swing."
The Body Motion System (BMS) represents a revolution in Swing Analysis Systems for golf instruction. Using 3-D motion technology, the system pinpoints the range of motion for shoulders and hips to an exact degree. "Working with a Body Balance Golf Fitness specialist, the BMS is capable of finding rotational limitations of any golfer that are invisible to the naked eye," said Overbaugh.
These systems work together to analyze the body mechanics of each individual golf swing. "Being able to share these products with the local golfers is such a valuable tool to help them understand the connection between their body and their swing flaws," said Overbaugh.
