The board will reinforce MothersClick's mission to promote global knowledge-sharing, group-building, and social networking among moms and mothers' groups.

- Sue Sherman was most recently CEO of Strollerfit, a premiere mom and baby fitness franchise with more than 250 class locations nationwide and ranked by Entrepreneur Magazine's Franchise 500®. Sue has also worked as an independent consultant specializing in new business development strategies and operations and has extensive experience in marketing communications.
- Ann Douglas is the author of 28 books, including numerous bestselling books in the pregnancy and parenting category. She is the creator of THE MOTHER OF ALL® books series. The series' lead title--The Mother of All Pregnancy Books--has been a consistent top-ten pregnancy books bestseller at Amazon.com since the book was published in 2002. Ann has been featured in Parents, Parenting, Working Mother, Good Housekeeping, The New York Times, and many others. She has written online pregnancy courses for Netscape/AOL and the copy for mini-sites on behalf of such clients as Procter and Gamble, Kraft Foods, and Crayola.
- Liz Gumbinner is the co-founder and editor of CoolMomPicks.com, a popular website which reviews fun and unusual stuff for moms and has been recognized by Time, Cookie, and AOL's Blogging Baby. With a background in advertising, Liz is also a published author and a parenting blogger.
- Mindy Roberts is known as a key influence in the area of moms and the internet. A mommy blogger since 2002, Mindy's TheMommyBlog.com is an online diary which journeys the ups-and-downs of motherhood. She is also the author of the recently published Mommy Confidential: Adventures from the Wonderbelly of Motherhood.
- Julie Moos is the founder and editor of DotMoms (http://www.dot-moms.com), a prominent group blog written by mothers around the world. She works at The Poynter Institute, a school for journalists, as editor of Poynter Publications, responsible for book publishing and other printed materials.
