Orthogroup Inc. announces that it has completed relocation to its new facility in Cameron Park, California.
Orthogroup announced that it has completed relocation to its new facility at 4315 Product Drive in Cameron Park, California. The company now occupies 6,800 square feet of manufacturing, warehousing and office space within a new bio-tech industrial park.
"We are very excited about being in our new facility that's more than double the size of the previous El Dorado Hills location and brings all of our groups under one roof," says John Ungaro, President/COO of Orthogroup, Inc. "Also, we have the flexibility for facilitity expansion to meet the needs of our rapidly growing business."
In conjunction with this relocation, the company has also made major investments in R&D, manufacturing and packaging equipment, including the most recent addition of a new Fadal Vertical Machining Center. "The addition of this 'state of the art equipment' will foremost allow us to accelerate our R&D efforts for new orthopedic products," states Henry Fletcher, founder and CEO of Orthogroup, Inc., "We have dramatically improved our manufacturing capabilities with the increased space and machinery for our ParalignTM Hip Instrument MIS System, as well as our new Anterior Broach Handle."
The company develops and manufactures instruments for orthopedic hip implant surgery and during February released its newest product, the Anterior Broach Handle which has received excellent feedback from the surgical community. All production of this product, as well as, Orthogroup's other products will now be done at its new facility in Cameron Park.
