The fully-interactive, customized racing game gave fans the ability to participate in a virtual race via their cell phones. The promotion kicked off in Daytona and will be used at upcoming stock car racing events around the country.
As part of the promotion, fans at the race entered a customized vehicle and were then able to use cell phones as remote controls - thus controlling the application and racing either friends or other fans on multiple television screens. The Kerry Group was then able to build a database of customers that they will now be able to interact with directly on their cell phones.
