Liberty Street Software has released the latest version of their StampManage Stamp Collecting Software. Windows-based StampManage is a SCOTT™-licensed software program that is used to catalog & value stamp collections. Included is a comprehensive database of stamps & stamp images from several countries.

Liberty Street Software has released the latest version of their StampManage Stamp Collecting Software. First released in 2001, the latest version of the StampManage software contains several upgrades that stamp collectors will find valuable in their management of their stamp collections. The 2007 version adds listings for stamps from Germany, updated values, improved reporting, and thousands of additional hi-resolution stamp images.

"We first released StampManage in 2001 and our 2007 version is the culmination of 6 years of effort and feedback from our users," says Paul Dembowski, creator of StampManage, "All stamp collectors, from beginner to expert, will find StampManage invaluable in documenting their stamp collection." Because StampManage puts a premium on customer feedback, the software development has included many of the most popular feature enhancements customers have requested.

StampManage software is officially licensed to use the SCOTT™ stamp numbering system, the industry standard stamp numbering system. The software also includes numerous useful report templates, including an album page report that will let customers print album pages complete with identifying images and a checklist report to track already owned stamps. The easy to use report designer allows collectors to create custom reports in PDF, Excel and HTML formats.

The comprehensive database that comes with StampManage will save customers hours in tedious data entry by allowing them to choose stamps in the database from the USA, US Possessions, Germany, Aden, Australia, Canada, Canadian Provinces, Cuba & the UN. There is also an up to date market valuation section so customers can have a complete appraisal of their collection. Customers will find this a very handy tool in case their collection is lost, stolen or damaged. This can be used for adding insurance to cover the value of the collection. StampManage ships with listings for 37,000+ stamps and includes more than 24,000 hi resolution stamp images. In addition, users can attach up to 4 of their own images to each record. The integrated Auto-Crop & Auto-Straighten features will automatically align scanned or imported stamp images and remove excess background from the image.

The Ebay™ search allows customers to quickly and easily search auctions to add to their collection or to sell from their collection. Customers can look up auctions and find the best deals on stamps to add to their collection. The update and backup features will give customers the confidence that their data is always secure, up to date and protected.
