Secure, automated spanning of large data files to multiple discs

Global Technologies Group, Inc. (GTGI) announces the integration of their SpanDisc software and SecureDisc for Rimage software. This new bundle, named SpanDisc+, automatically writes an encrypted backup of large files, an entire hard disk, or mapped network drive to DVD, when used with a Rimage disc publishing system. No other product offers the capabilities of SpanDisc+ for automated, encrypted backup to disc.

SpanDisc+ streamlines DVD production through an easy-to-use interface. The user simply identifies a folder or volume for backup, and SpanDisc+ automatically produces an encrypted set of DVDs. In addition, SpanDisc+ allows job submission via Windows scheduler, and does not require the use of specialized media.

SpanDisc+ is available at an introductory price of $5995.00, through April 30, 2007. Contact GTGI for multiple unit pricing and reseller locations.
