New M Street Hotel Upgraded from Three to Four Stars Travelocity Recognizes Emphasis on Design, Style and Guests

The 355-room Washington D.C. hotel, located at the corner of M Street and New Hampshire Avenue, has undergone a total redesign of its guest rooms, meeting space, lobby, restaurant and bar as part of a $25.2 million investment.

In 2008 the downtown Washington D.C hotel is planning further growth that will incorporate two new guest room floors and a rooftop pool. The new Renaissance M Street will celebrate its Grand Opening in June 2007.
