The decision to relaunch the publication in e-mail format came after an inundation of regulatory news over the past several weeks, Mr. Fakler said.

RegReports, an online portal of regulatory compliance information was launched in February by Media Logistics LLC, a South Florida-based media relations consultant.

The RegReports web site resells government reports geared to several important industry sectors, including securities, banking, finance, insurance, technology, telecom, real estate, manufacturing and energy. All report titles are approved for public release. They can be viewed and ordered at Regreports.

Media Logistics LLC, and its affiliate IR Logistics LLC, an advisory firm specializing in compliance management are managed by John T.
