Cincinnati, OH (PRWEB) March 21, 2007
CallCommand™, a leading provider of web-based solutions that increase customer retention, loyalty and automobile dealer profitability, announced today the appointment of Paul Moran, former VP of Sales, to Vice President Sales and Marketing. In his new role, Moran will oversee the strategic direction of both Sales and Marketing and forge a tighter bond between the two. He will be based out of CallCommand's Orange County, CA office.
Moran's mission will be to not only drive retail sales but to initiate more direct marketing to and expand relationships with OEMs and consolidators. As well, a revamped marketing communications campaign will focus on raising overall brand awareness; highlighting strong dealer results in case studies and success stories which bring customers to the forefront.
Moran has a proven track record of building high-performance sales teams and greatly increasing market penetration for companies in the automotive industry. Before joining CallCommand he served as VP of Sales for Who's Calling where he recruited the sales team and developed the sales strategy which took it from its first auto account to 5,000 dealers in less than five years. Prior to that, he owned a successful automotive advertising agency in Southern California for 12 years.
"Paul's outstanding success in increasing performance and expanding markets make him ideal for this position. Under his leadership CallCommand has broken all company sales records. As well, his extensive experience working directly with dealers and inside knowledge of the automotive industry helped us enjoy the most successful NADA show in CallCommand's five year history," commented Al Babbington, CallCommand CEO.
Commenting on his new position Moran stated; "CallCommand has one of the most exciting set of products in the industry today and we consistently show dealers significant increases in profit and CSI, in both the front and the back end. It is my mission to drive recognition for CallCommand beyond experts in the field of Voice; as that is only part of our story. This year CallCommand will gain a well earned reputation as the go to company for all LifeCycle communications."
