Phillips brings over twenty years of financial experience to TalentQuest. His responsibilities included directing the activities of Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Information Technology, Information Security, and Loan Operations strategic functions in support of 26 locations and 14 counties throughout Georgia.
He has earned multiple professional designations including Certified Management Accountant, Certified Financial Manager and a host of professional certifications in management consulting, business strategies and project management.
