AbTech Industries Appoints Austin Meyermann to Director of Corporate Development

AbTech Industries, a leading environmental technologies firm dedicated to providing customized clean water solutions, announced today the appointment of Austin Meyermann to Director of Corporate Development.

As a senior member of the management team, Meyermann will be instrumental in identifying perspective markets to further develop the implementation of company's patented water filtration technology. He will also focus on fostering strategic partnerships with key players in the primary clean water market. Most recently, Meyermann served as the Chief Operating Officer of BaySaver Technologies Inc., one of the leading suppliers of stormwater treatment products.

Austin Meyermann has been widely published in various stormwater trade journals and speaks annually at StormCon, the premier tradeshow of the stormwater industry. During his five-year tenure at BaySaver Technologies Inc., Meyermann managed company operations, manufacturing, and engineering departments. Under his leadership, Meyermann led research and design efforts that yielded several new stormwater treatment systems for BaySaver. Mr. Meyermann received a Bachelors of Science degree in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from Cornell University.
