We have all three outsourcing models implemented and working successfully.
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) March 21, 2007
PlatformOne today announced that its Human Resources Business Process Outsourcing (HR-BPO) initiative has completed 2006 with another record year. During 2006, eight new clients signed multi-year contracts, representing over 41,000 new employees under management. The 2006 year-end results represent the company’s best year since it entered the HR-BPO mid-market in 2002.
PlatformOne offers HR Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) solutions that include HR Technology, HR Administrative Services, and HR Professional Support to mid-market companies, those companies with approximately 500 to 15,000 employees.
As of the end of February 2007, seven of the eight new clients were already implemented, speaking to the company’s dedication to quick and smooth implementations. Going forward, PlatformOne said its sales pipeline is growing faster than anticipated and the company is on track to add at least that many more clients by year end 2007.
Simultaneous with the reporting of its yearend results for 2006, PlatformOne has been named a TOP mid-market HRO provider by two key market influencers. The Black Book of Outsourcing ranked PlatformOne the BEST HRO provider in the mid-market, following its annual survey of hundreds of clients that utilize outsourcing services from 47 different mid-market providers. In addition to being named the TOP provider overall, PlatformOne was ranked in the top three in 15 of the 18 evaluation criteria categories. Its clients ranked PlatformOne as the top performer in the following ten categories:
- Overall Vendor Preference / Recommendation
- Deployment and Implementation
- Scalability, Client Adaptability, Flexible Pricing
- Brand Image
- Data Security and Backup Services
- Support and Customer Care
- Best of Breed Technology and Process Improvement
Workforce Management (WFM) also recently released its HOT LIST of TOP End-to-End Mid-market HR Outsourcing Providers. PlatformOne is ranked fifth here, based on the number of client companies using an end-to-end HRO solution. Workforce Management’s definition of end-to-end HRO requires the vendor to provide most or all HR functions for their client. Seven providers were named in the WFM mid-market study.
During the last half of operations in 2006, PlatformOne began to see some patterns forming as to why mid-market companies buy HR outsourcing services. If a company wants quick cost savings from HRO, it seeks out providers that specialize in short implementation timeframes, typically within three months. If a company requires customized and individualized service, it looks to vendors that deliver this level of service through focused, dedicated services teams assigned to them alone. If a company demands the value of truly integrated technologies, it evaluates providers on their ability to host, manage, and deliver solutions that improve processes and integrate workflows. If a company needs a fixed expense against firm budgets, it demands guaranteed pricing against a firm scope of services.
“Whether a company wants to begin outsourcing with just a “specialized” technology solution, a full comprehensive HR-BPO solution, or select administrative services, PlatformOne is a provider you should consider,” said Tony Foley, President of PlatformOne. “We have all three outsourcing models implemented and working successfully.”
