Buffalo Bunny Eggs have arrived for the first time in the Western New York market. Based upon the popular crate eggs of Ohio, Platter's has created their own version of the crate egg, with their own equipment and recipe, just in time for Easter. Crate eggs are a seasonal tradition and have a loyal market segment that looks forward to Easter- the only time the product is available in Ohio.

Platter's is happy to introduce the product to the Western New York market and are expecting "Buffalo Bunny Eggs" to become a local tradition. They are made with secret ingredients and plenty of chocolate on a special machine and then coated with chocolate. "We came across this product while we were doing business in Ohio and saw the dedicated following," say Joe Urban, co-owner, Platter's Chocolates. "This past year we came across the equipment and decided to invest and create our own local tradition. The eggs are delectable, delightful and delicious. They will only be available during the Easter season." Free samples are available at the factory store.

The bunny eggs are available in Peanut Butter, Swiss, Mallow in both milk and dark chocolate at their factory store at 954 Oliver Street in North Tonawanda, NY.
