Luxury Home Council Announces New Website and Logo

The Luxury Home Council announced today that it has surged to a record 1,000 members nationwide and is growing rapidly with a scheduled 46 Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) courses still to be delivered nationwide in the remainder of 2007. To accommodate the growth and to better reflect the growing brand the council announced today the launch of a new website and logo.

Sutherlin, OR (PRWEB) March 25, 2007 -- The Luxury Home Council announced today that it has surged to a record 1,000 members nationwide and is growing rapidly with a scheduled 46 Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) courses still to be delivered nationwide in the remainder of 2007. To accommodate the growth and to better reflect the growing brand the council announced today the launch of a new website and logo.

"We have just completed the rebuild of our website at http://www.luxuryhomecouncil.com to deliver a higher level of quality information and content to our membership." said Scot Spalding, co-founder of the Council "Today our members can access presentations, logos, advertising slicks, web seminars, articles, and even audio seminars twenty four hours a day, seven days a week!"

In addition to the public side of the website, the site allows members and instructors access to password protected marketing resources which can aid them in marketing themselves and their properties within the luxury home field.

"I love the site," said Denny Austin, an ALHS designee. "I can pull down marketing logos, postcards, and even a full luxury home listing presentation in just a couple of minutes. The site is extremely fast!"

In addition to the new website, a new Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) Logo has been rolled out as well. The new logo featuring gold lettering against a black background is already a hit with new members. "The new logo is just a much better representation of the brand….we believe with an aggressive marketing effort the new logo will distinguish our members as uniquely qualified to help high end buyers and sellers accomplish their real estate goals." said Jim Remley, co-founder, of the Council.

The Luxury Home Council in partnership with RealtyU® the nation's largest real estate education network offers the Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) course nationwide through a network of 40 real estate schools and over 600 instructors.

The Accredited Luxury Home Specialist course consists of an intensive two day live instruction course. The course covers such topics as the luxury home market - national and regional trends, specialization and building a niche, the luxury home buyer - needs and desires, marketing to find luxury home buyers, presenting services to luxury home buyers, the luxury home seller - patterns & trends / needs & desires, marketing to find luxury home sellers, and much more. In addition to attending the live course students are required to pass an exam, and demonstrate experiential expertise in dealing with clients within the luxury
