Retail Developer Tallen & Keshen Holdings acquires high visibility retail property for redevelopment along the busy Interstate 80 corridor in Fairfield, CA. The project is adjacent to both a Target and Home Depot store.

Tallen & Keshen Holdings, LLC has acquired from Smart & Final Stores a strategically located high profile 14,700 sq ft single tenant building on 1.25 acres, located directly off the high growth Interstate 80 corridor in Fairfield, CA. The deal was put together prior to Apollo Real Estate Investors acquisition of Smart and Final.

Tallen & Keshen plans to reposition the property and bring in a new tenant mix or one tenant that will occupy the entire space. The property located on Beck Ave at West Texas is well situated directly off the Interstate adjacent to the new Fairfield Transportation Center as well as category killers Target and Home Depot store.

Tallen & Keshen Holdings has a number other retail real estate investments in the area and regards Fairfield as a dynamic city with sustained economic growth and continued demand for retail.
