Atlantic Partners, Inc. releases their Postage Rate Increase Calculator to coincide with the National Postal Forum, and release of the new rate increase by the United States Postal Service.

Atlantic Partners, Inc., the Document Management consulting firm, announced today that it released its Postage Increase Calculator to coincide with the National Postal Forum, being held this week in Washington, DC, and the release of the May postage rate increase by the United States Postal Service. A very basic example of the tool set that the company's analytic team develops for each client, the Postage Calculator enables the user to derive an estimate of the impact the postal rate increase will have on their business, based on three sample mail types. The calculator is freely available at the company web site, and upon request.

"Our analytic team developed this tool because it is important for us to continue the dialog we have with both our clients and non clients relative to the impact these new rates, and Postal Reform in general, will have on their business", said company President, Joseph Ferreri.

"We don't want companies to get blind-sided", said company Vice President, John Erickson. "People hear about the new requirements and rate increases, but very few have performed the proper due diligence relative to their business".

"The reality behind mail is that the average CXO is not very excited by it; and yet, if they did a deep dive into all the expense areas attached to it, they'd be very interested", said Ferreri. "Its importance touches virtually every department within an organization; even business continuity planning".

Postal Reform and the Postal Rate Case are key elements within the United States Postal Services' drive to be a more competitive organization within the changing mail distribution landscape. More information can be found at USPS Rate Case
