After its recent expansion into Europe, event-driven connectivity solutions provider CommtechWireless has extended its management team in the Americas with the appointment of Bret Boehly to VP of Business Development.

Formerly serving as VP of Sales for Boca Raton, FL based software developer Emergin where he led exponential sales growth during his four year tenure, he will join the executive team of CommtechWireless' International operations and lead Sales and Business Development efforts in the Americas. Mr. Boehly will be focused on building key partnerships, the development of a growing Sales organization providing consultative workflow solutions as well as driving the company's global corporate strategy.

He attended the University of Maryland at College Park, where he received his B.S. in Economics and was a four-year letterman in football. Boehly also earned his M.B.A. from George Mason University located in Fairfax, Virginia.
