New Media Marketers Using Blog to Produce Expert Guide for Exponential Business Growth

John Easton, owner and CEO of Eastonsweb Multimedia, and marketing expert Steve Yankee, founder of the Video Business Advisor, have teamed up with leading video production and multimedia marketing authorities to create a unique "expert guide to exponential business growth, utilizing video." Video and media producers are invited to share their expertise in creating this exciting and helpful new resource.

John Easton, owner and CEO of Eastonsweb Multimedia, and marketing expert Steve Yankee, founder of the Video Business Advisor, have teamed up with leading video production and multimedia marketing authorities to create a unique "expert guide to exponential business growth, utilizing video."

Spearheaded by Easton, a Charlotte, NC-based provider of professional video production and website development services, this project is meant as a means to illustrate the collaborative potential of blogging. "I can't think of anyone else who has done anything like this," says Easton, "I service corporate clients and most of them want more business, more profitable customers; they want them fast and as inexpensively as they can get them. This blog teaches businesses how to use multimedia to fulfill those needs."

Yankee also saw this opportunity as a great way for businesses to maximize their marketing message. He says, "How many businesses produce a commercial spot, for instance, and then just let it linger out there somewhere? Why not find other ways to put their video to productive use? This blog project offers an exceptional catalog of tools and ideas for doing just that."

To put the plan in action, Easton published a blog post requesting submissions of innovative and proven video-based marketing tools and strategies; tips on how businesses can most effectively use the marketing power of online and offline video. Contributors submit one tip (no repeats) and include their company's name, location and website address with their post. They are encouraged to copy the list as it develops and create a marketing tool for their own business. They are also asked to invite other "great minds in the business" to post. The diversity and accessibility of input benefits everyone.

Yankee states, "The goal here is to collectively create a comprehensive tips list that is so compelling that any business owner looking to grow his/her business -- which should be any business -- will be highly motivated to find their local video production provider. And that should be YOU."

When finished, the posts will be combined into a downloadable resource and each contributor will be given both full credits and the opportunity to use the publication "as they wish" to promote their individual businesses.
