Stephan Schambach, Founder and CEO of Demandware, will moderate the "Making Your Website Your Best CRM Tool" panel at CADM's Annual Direct Marketing Days Conference & Expo. A two-time founder and CEO of e-commerce companies, Stephan will use his real-world experience working with retailers to discuss how retailers can use their websites to improve customer experience and build loyalty through content personalization, navigation, recommendations and merchandising.

Demandware President and CEO, Stephan Schambach founded the company in 2004. Long an ecommerce visionary and pioneer, Schambach was among the first to recognize the sector as a major software market.
