The IT Analyst, designed by BlueWave's CEO and Chief Technologist, Dr. Steven Vicinanza, is part of BlueWave's Total Control (TM) IT management system. The Analyst uses proprietary algorithms to trace IT support issues back to their root causes and then summarize this information for managers in an intuitive point and click reporting format. This allows business line managers to analyze, for the first time, the sources of IT support spending. Dr. Vicinanza is a noted information technology expert with over 25 years of IT industry experience. He has served as an adjunct professor of Computer Science at Georgia Tech. He holds a Ph.D. in Management and Information Systems from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.
