RedCarpet provides a customized web interface to process and track vital new-employee milestones including drug testing, background checks, security clearance and other important items for each new consultant at the program's pilot location.
Since the RedCarpet implementation in Fall 2006, Kelly Management Services has successfully completed the onboarding of the first phase of consultants with RedCarpet. The program will now grow through expanded implementation at the initial location and through future roll-out at other locations for the pilot client and with other clients worldwide.
