It's okay if you're not ready yet
Denver, CO (PRWEB) April 3, 2007
For travel companies looking to kick growth efforts into high gear, there's a new game in town. NorthStar Capital Partners Travel Group offers investment banking and business advisory services to take middle-market travel companies every step of the way -- from gaining marketplace traction and viability to closing the deal.
Unlike a traditional investment bank, which focuses on a snap-shot view of its clients at a single point in time, NorthStar delivers a "full motion video" approach, not only through expert advice, but also through execution of long-term growth strategies. The team will help clients to assess and refine a value proposition, determine achievable capital opportunities, develop "investor ready" financial projections, find the right investors and carry out a full M&A strategy.
The NSCP Travel Group, based in Denver, combines major corporate finance experience with successful travel-specific expertise to offer a full range of financial and business development services. Principal Jeffrey Mazer, has more than 20 years' experience in raising capital, orchestrating mergers and acquisitions, managing joint ventures and leading restructurings.
Plus, the Travel Group focuses only on travel and comes with built-in travel industry expertise. Two industry veterans have joined forces to offer business and technology knowledge -- and a keen understanding of what makes travel companies unique. Mims Wright, a long-time travel e-business consultant helps clients, which include major players in the airline, hotel and e-commerce space, navigate domestic and international travel market trends. Pawel Mastalerz has 12 years of in-depth experience in e-commerce, strategic planning and technology development, with emphasis on online travel applications and experience with Fortune 500 companies and start-ups.
NSCP Travel Group experts guide travel industry companies through the corporate financing process from start to finish. "It's okay if you're not ready yet," notes Mims Wright, Travel Group Principal at NorthStar. The group will help companies keep corporate finance projects moving and, where appropriate, provide interim business and technology management to take clients from the questioning phase -- "When's the right time?" -- all the way to primetime.
NSCP Travel Group brings current experience, inside intelligence, data and advanced tools to solve key issues facing travel industry management. "Clients benefit from the team's experience from worldwide engagements including major projects in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Latin America and South Africa," adds Wright.
